THE JOB:
For an independent, internationally connected creative studio based in Berlin, we are looking for an Art Director (all gedners) with a strong visual point of view and a sharp sense for concept, craft and culture. Someone who thinks visually from the first idea to the final execution and understands design not as decoration, but as meaning.
Your scope: developing and shaping campaign driven, cross channel ideas for national and international brands, working closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters and Strategists, and translating concepts into strong visual systems across all touchpoints. You collaborate with designers, motion artists and producers, guide visual quality throughout the process, and take responsibility for the look and feel of projects from pitch to launch.
You bring around 5 to 8 years of experience from top tier creative agencies, have worked on well known brands, and have a refined instinct for design, typography, imagery and visual storytelling. You think conceptually, execute precisely, and know how to balance bold ideas with strategic clarity. You are confident in presenting your work, discussing visual decisions with clients, and working in multidisciplinary and multicultural teams. An international background or experience is highly welcome. You are fluent in German and English and comfortable working and presenting in both languages.

THE SALARY
The annual gross salary for this role starts at € 70,000 (based on full time).
Depending on experience and portfolio, overpayment is possible.
