THE ROLE
As Art Director, you will take on the creative leadership of a small, growing design team. You will develop visual concepts, lead creative processes from idea to execution, and ensure the brand identity is consistently strong and emotionally resonant across all touchpoints, whether in print, packaging, digital or product.
You will work closely with marketing, UX, product design and external partners. You bring strategic thinking, visual storytelling and technical understanding and you stay hands-on in the day-to-day to help deliver high-quality, precise design solutions as a team.
Fluency in English is required. German is a plus, but not mandatory.

THE SALARY
The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 49,000 on a full-time basis. Depending on your experience and qualifications, overpayment is of course possible.
