THE JOB
For an independent, internationally connected health-tech company with offices in Switzerland, Germany, and Thailand, we’re looking for a Senior Digital Designer (m/f/d).
A person with taste, conceptual depth, and the ability to create design that not only looks good but carries meaning.
In this role, you’ll shape how our mission comes to life visually — across every touchpoint: websites, campaigns, events, publications, reports, and the patient experience itself.
You’ll help build the visual language of a new global health movement — precise, clear, and credible.
Your responsibilities: developing and maintaining a consistent, evolving visual identity. Designing for websites, platforms, social assets, campaigns, events, reports, and presentations. Translating complex scientific content into strong, accessible, and memorable visuals. Collaborating closely with international creative directors and experts from medicine, science, and business.
You bring a strong, versatile portfolio that shows how you’ve built and rolled out design across channels. You’ve worked in renowned agencies, studios, or brand teams, stay current with design trends, and know how to create timeless visual clarity. Experience in healthcare or science is a plus, not a must. Motion design skills, awards, or publications are welcome.
Working language is English; German is not required but a nice bonus.

THE SALARY
The annual salary for this position starts at €50,000 (full-time basis).
Higher compensation is possible depending on experience and portfolio.
The role can be fully remote or on-site — in which case, relocation costs are covered by the employer.
