THE ROLE
As a Senior Social Content Creator, you will be responsible for the development, conception, and production of high-quality social media content across all major platforms, including Posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, Carousels, short videos and more.
A key part of your role is the independent planning and execution of content shoots (photo & video). This includes preparing briefs, organising and styling sets, handling on-site production, and managing post-production using common editing tools (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva). You translate brand strategy into platform-specific, attention-grabbing formats and work closely with Design, Brand Management and R&D on content for product launches, campaigns and trend topics.
You stay on top of relevant trends, memes and sounds, adapt them creatively for the brand, and support content planning as well as the editorial calendar. By analysing performance, you derive optimisations and actively test new formats.
Fluency in English is required for this role; German is not mandatory but a strong plus.

THE SALARY
The annual gross salary for this position starts at € 49,000 p.a. gross salary on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and experience, overpayment is of course possible.
